4. Subscription Policies 

Subscription Requirements 

Our app is downloadable through app stores and requires a subscription to use. The subscription is for single use only and is not to be shared. Competitors are forbidden from using this app for the purposes of copying or other preparatory activities. 

Subscription Management 

• Upgrade/Downgrade: Users may upgrade or downgrade their subscription plans at any time through the app store or the app’s settings. 

• Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions will be automatically renewed. Once renewed, no refunds will be given. 

• Cancellation: Users can cancel their subscription at any time through the app store or the app’s settings, but no refunds will be provided for the unused portion of the subscription period. 

Free Usage 

We reserve the right to stop any free usage of the app at any time due to capacity issues or other reasons. 

5. User Conduct and Restrictions 

We are committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment on our Mobile Application. As such, we reserve the right to terminate or suspend any user’s access to the app in cases of: 

• Hate crimes or any form of discrimination 

• Sharing of credentials or unauthorized access 

• Any other actions that violate our terms, conditions, or policies 

6. Feedback and Complaints 

Before leaving any negative feedback, users are encouraged to contact us and provide us with the opportunity to resolve any issues or concerns. We value your feedback and aim to address any problems promptly.

We only share and disclose your information in the following situations: 

• Compliance with Laws: Where we are legally required to do so to comply with applicable law, governmental requests, a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal processes, such as in response to a court order or a subpoena (including in response to public authorities to meet national security or law enforcement requirements). 

• Vital Interests and Legal Rights: Where we believe it is necessary to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding potential violations of our policies, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the safety of any person, and illegal activities, or as evidence in litigation in which we are involved. 

• Vendors, Consultants, and Other Third-Party Service Providers: With third-party vendors, service providers, contractors, or agents who perform services for us or on our behalf and require access to such information to do that work.

• With your Consent: For any other purpose with your consent. 

• Other Users: When you share personal information (for example, by posting comments, contributions, or other content to the Mobile Application) or otherwise interact with public areas of the Mobile Application, such personal information may be viewed by all users and may be publicly distributed outside the Mobile Application in perpetuity.

We may use cookies and similar tracking technologies (like web beacons and pixels) to access or store information. 

Control Cookies 

You are always free to delete cookies that are already on your device through your application settings, and you can set them to prevent them from being added to your device.

The Mobile Application may contain advertisements from third parties that are not affiliated with us and which may link to other websites, online services, or mobile applications. We cannot guarantee the safety and privacy of the data you provide to any third parties. Any data collected by third parties is not covered by this privacy policy. We are not responsible for the content or privacy and security practices and policies of any third parties, including other websites, services, or applications that may be linked to or from the Mobile Application. You should review the policies of such third parties and contact them directly to respond to your questions. 

10. Data Retention 

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements). When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize it, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, please also remember that we cannot guarantee that the internet itself is 100% secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, the transmission of personal information to and from our Mobile Application is at your own risk. You should only access the services within a secure environment.

We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 16 years of age. By using the Mobile Application, you represent that you are at least 16 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent’s use of the Mobile Application. If we learn that personal information from users less than 16 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records. Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases. However, some information may be retained in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our Terms of Use, and/or comply with legal requirements.
